Motor question? sorry, I'm a newb

Ok, so I bought a pair of Integy 75 turn motors for my crawler. I was going to solder the wires on today and I noticed something. Both sides where I would assume you would solder the wires to (I looked at it and saw the + on one side and assumed the - was on the other side, but thats not the case) and there are 2 positive terminals. Here's a pic

its so you can mount the motor in either direction.... these are the negative terminals......

well, i had soldered the pos lead to the bolt in terminal and the neg lead to the terminal u indicated...didnt work...badltl510 showed me a diff diagram...just tried that and it worked...:)

Scuzz, next time you better point to the positive terminal with an arrow too..... :rolleyes:........
