I saw the donation link on the front page but I kept hearing about Membership. I hunted and hunted for it but finally found it under paid subscriptions. I would suggest a sticky topic of some kind describing what membership gives you, as well as renaming that paid subscriptions link to Membership or something a bit more obvious.
Of course once I found it, the process was quick and painless :D
