when the rivers not so high this spot has seen some fun rocks, concrete and water to play with. During summer when I've been there from the big cocrete wall in the middle of the river to the grass is all walkable with with little water crossings. there is good parking and bathrooms. I ended up playing in a little stream that drops into the river, still had tons of fun.

the traction was pretty good had no problems crawling around and picking harder lines every time I made another loop.

Yes its on the yahmhill river but the sighn in the park says lafayette locks and it is only couple of miles from lafayatte. Ive heard it called both names from different people. I'll have to back and check it out to be sure of the name some time.

YEP and it's not worth the drive until the water level goes down.
