a black and tan is a pint glass filled halfway witha light ale, then with guiness floated over that.

i prefer using killians irish red. awesome mix of flavors, and appealing color

I use drop top and guinness, others use fat tire. When I get back today I'll look for the original post which had everything. Oh, and it's all about the turtle Brian ;)
