Here is my address for those who want to mapquest it.

79569 Quincy Mayger rd
Clatskanie, OR 97016

If for some reason you can't find it, ask for directions at a store.
I suggest mapquest and my directions combined. I mapquest tells you to take Alston Mayger, don't worry that is the same road, It just gets you there from the top of the hill instead of going into Clatskanie.

MY DIRECTIONS

FROM I-5, take Longview exit 36 and that puts you on Tennant way as you go over the Cowlitz river bridge. Take the Industrial way offramp and go left under the overpass. Stay on industrial way until you get to the Lewis and Clark bridge into Oregon, sometimes called the Rainier bridge (it will be a left onto the bridge) Go over the bridge and go right up the hill following the signs to Clatskanie/Astoria.

Now the directions are the same for you HWY 30 people once you pass the Lewis and Clark bridge and start up the hill.

After going up the Rainier hill, stay on hwy 30 for a few miles and you will go up another hill and then back down into the town of Clatskanie. You will come to the only stop light and turn right and go the few hundred yards on that 20 mph road , there will be a Radio shack and Jim's auto on the left. Stay on that road as it veeres to the left and it is newer blacktop. If you stay on that for about 7 miles my house is on the left, it is brown and my orange bronco is in the carport by the road. Do not turn off the main road until you reach my house. There will be a Y in the road on the way, but stay to the left as the blacktop naturally goes. (the wrong way would be beaver falls road) . After the Y you will soon come to a little minute mart with a gas pump outside which is called the Quincy store. It is on a straight stretch, I am right after the S curves on the same side as the store. If you go past the Quincy nursury, you have gone too far.

I will try and post ORCRC signs for you guys. Print this page for best results!!

The event will start at 9:00 AM, see ya there!!!
I won't bother with my phone # because all I have is my house phone (not cordless). If you get lost, pull over and ask for directions. The Shell station in town is a good source.

Unfortunalty, I'm out. My friends mill is tied up with paying jobs for atleast another few hours of mill time, and with their procedures that means a few days. They just got a job to prototype a complex curved, injection molded part, and they have to first mill the mold.

That sucks dude^^^^.

I almost forgot, my front driveway is not very big, so if you are driving a 2wd truck, SUV, or 4x4 please park out back where the ORCRC signs mark my rear driveway. Don't worry, it only looks bad, I drive my lowered white dodge back there all the time. It's OK if you do drive a car, I'll just direct you to a parking spot. My neighbors are cool too, so no worries.

I just drove Kaleb's tlt bronco on my trails today and found out that weeds grow too damn fast, so any trail help will be appreciated. On another note the rain made for some great action!!

RAIN OR SHINE!!!

Bring easy ups for shade and work tables for trucks.

I didnt realize this weekend i had something planned. Im heading out to Olympia WA for my brothers graduation from Evergreen U. I totally spaced that out when i posted i was gonna go. I had a blast last time and it sucks missing out. But its not too big a deal, my only running truck tossed a driveline and killed a ring and pinion. So i dont have anything to drive. Definitely next year if you do it again carrey.

Don't be alarmed when the animals next door start making noise when they see Carey :D . I'll have to see about making it out next year as well, oh well.

I posted ORCRC signs up on telephone poles after you turn right at the stoplight. There was nothing to staple the signs to at the light:mad: It is the only light in town, so I figured it wouldn't be a big deal.
The signs are black letters on white paper with direction arrows. I just hope they stay up over night. Print off my directions just in case!!
